on this year’s Activities
Aviation Day 2008 – A sunny summer day and a lots of airplanes
and aviation related events to enjoy prompted 600 or so folks to come out and
visit our Airport. A great breakfast was
served from 7am to 11:30am. Scrambled
eggs, sausage, bacon, sliced tomatoes, toast, juice and coffee were served on a
cool Sunday morning, much to everyone’s delight! It is great to see an elected official in an
apron, isn’t it !! Many locals
took advantage of the 20 minute airplane rides that were available to the
